The oldest house in Grand Bank, before it was "modernized" with siding and a skylight. The one and half story gabled roof house belonged to my 5th Gt. Grandfather, Jonathan Hickman (1747-1847). He passed it on to his daughter, Jane and her husband, John Symms who she married Feb 11 1823. Thus it is known today as "Simms House".
