Marshall Frank
The Marshall Frank lost 5 of its 20 crewmembers on Feb. 17 1949 while the sailors tried to get a dory away from the wrecked schooner. Cook Frank Witherall (1st cousin to my Grandmother Williams) survived and made it to the shore of Frambroise Cove NS safely. A Frambroise Cove town's person found a birthday cake made by Frank Wiherall for one of the crew in the galley a few days later.
Her back broken, the Marshall Frank lies near the shore at Frambrose Cove, NS.
